The idea for bullfix came from a tradie called MARK. He SPENT 35 YEARS WORKING IN BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION, SO IT’S SAFE TO SAY HE KNOWS A THING OR 2 ABOUT ATTACHING HEAVY OBJECTS TO PLASTERBOARD.

HE WAS HUGELY FRUSTRATED WITH THE POOR PERFORMING FIXINGS AVAILABLE AND SPOTTED A GAP IN THE MARKET FOR A STRONG, RELIABLE AND SIMPLE FIXING THAT COULD BE USED ACROSS THE BOARD (LITERALLY).

AND SO, THE IDEA WAS BORN! THE QUESTION WAS HOW TO MAKE SURE THE PRODUCT WAS THE BEST IT COULD BE.

THAT’S WHERE MATT CAME IN – CHARTERED ENGINEER AND PRODUCT GURU. TOGETHER MARK AND MATT RAN A MULTITUDE OF TESTS TO LAND ON THE FIXING THAT PERFORMED THE BEST.

Meet the Team

MAtthew statham

Matt is the Managing Director of Bullfix. He designed the original fixings and continues to design new and exciting products for installing heavy items onto plasterboard.

Matt is often found in front of the camera (reluctantly) explaining how our products work.

Allan Herbert

Allan loves to tell everyone about Bullfix and you likely will meet him whenever we exhibit. He is part of the Bullfix sales team.

His role involves taking care of independent stores: helping them to get set up with all they need to sell Bullfix products.

Clare Reynolds

Clare is the marketing manager at Bullfix. She sets up online marketplaces, creates website pages and heads up the marketing team.

She can occasionally be found in front of the camera too!

Louise Mander

The one behind the Bullfix buzz. She creates our socials, keeps the brand looking sharp, and if you’ve ever dropped us a message, chances are it was Lou who replied.

Always in the account, usually nagging the team for content… and often bribing tradies with merch to bag a video or two 😅
