We recognise that zero tolerance for bribery and the encouragement of a culture of ethical behaviour are integral to our mission, vision and values and business success.

To meet our bribery and ethical business aspirations, we will:

• Endeavour to run our business with integrity and transparency, including but not limited to, relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, competitors, the government and the public.

Our Bribery and Ethical Business Policy is publicly available. The Managing Director has the ultimate responsibility for effective compliance, and it shall be subject to annual review for continued suitability.<
